As there are many considerations in developing a schedule and the order of performance, special requests cannot normally be granted.

Competitors must be at the performance venue at least 15 minutes prior to class or performance commencement.

Participant’s material must be handed in prior to the commencement of the class.
Competitors must be prepared to perform when so requested and shall not commence the performance until introduced.
Competitors must be present for the remainder of the class as well as for adjudications and announcement sessions of their category.

As a courtesy to fellow competitors, we encourage all competitors to be present for the entire session.
