Your music submission for your performance is done on a Google Form, which can save your progress for 30 days when you’re signed in to your Google account so you can work across devices or take a break without losing a step. If you do not have a Google account, you will not be able to save the information, and you will need to have all your information available when you start.

Before you submit this form, please record the “class/age” code identified on the “Select Age” page at the end of this form. This code will identify your digital music submission that you will next do by email.

The code that will be produced and the digital music file (.mp3 or .m4a) will be emailed to:
